Include the toy name, your device and software version, and what happened. A screenshot can help. Leave out passwords and other sensitive information.

Quick checks

• Close and reopen Fuppo if an experience stops responding.
• Open the collection and choose another toy, then return.
• Sound starts off; tap the sound control to enable it.
• In the iPhone app, change Touch feedback in About Fuppo. On supported browsers, use the touch feedback button beside the play controls. Browsers without vibration support do not show this button.
• Fuppo respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
